Damon and Anthony moved my piano from Sydney to Canberra recently at very short notice. They were very careful with everything and lifted the piano up stairs. It was lovely to meet the guys as being a single female I was worried who to trust, I would recommend Careful Movers to anyone and the guys were so very polite and respectful.

DO NOT USE THIS REMOVALIST FIRM - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Hi everyone, I have used this firm twice in 2 years and regret the experience! I used Careful Movers in May 2022 to move my house and car garage/workshop items from Asquith to Hornsby Heights. They did a reasonable job, but the movers on the day demanded cash payment which is not what I had arranged with the office earlier. When it came time to move again in June 2023, I thought to use the firm again, given they previously moved my items. I re-booked Careful Movers in June2023 to move the same items from Hornsby Heights to another suburb of Sydney. The job was to be done on a Saturday morning. When they arrived, the same movers, again demanded cash payment and claimed that their trucks were not able to drive out of the driveway when fully loaded. They wanted to carry all items out onto the street. The driveway is not steep, and access is not an issue, I suggested they half fill up the truck and then walk the remainder of the items to the street, they refused that option and claimed the engine on the truck was too weak to reverse out of the driveway (absolute crap!. ). The movers drove away, and no-one form the company called me to apologies or to follow up on the cancelled job. I sent text messages on the day, rang the office, and 3 days later, I'm still yet to hear from Careful Movers or even receive an apology... I ended up having to hire a different removalist on an emergency basis during the weekend and it ended up costing almost double the original cost. [The new removalist had the same size trucks and had no issues with access or reversing out of the driveway with a fully loaded truck.!] The drivers/movers do not speak English well enough to communicate and demand cash payment within minutes of arriving on site. (Despite making arrangements earlier to pay by credit card). If you want to be stranded and stressed out as part of the already stressful event of moving home, then hire these guys to make your day even better! (sarcasm) DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.!!

The guys arrived on time and were indeed careful and efficient with the move. Surely one of the better removalists we have used recently (and we move very often!). We arranged everything via call and text messages, and they always manage to reply within a few hours. They reconfirmed everything the day before our move. A one-hour deposit was taken to confirm the date of the booking and no other charges were put upon us (unlike other movers where there are sudden extra charges on the day, and you'd feel like being a hostage since you've already booked and arranged everything). Moving is never fun and always a bit stressful but having these guys as removalists made it mean that there's one less thing to worry about. I would get them again if we move within the area.

I hired Careful Movers as I was organising the move of a business from one large office to a smaller one. Damon and Anthony moved numerous very heavy large pot plants for our business. They were punctual and hard working and were there at the last minute with very short notice. They were super friendly and helpful. I was so happy with their service that I rehired them a few days later when another company could not fulfill our recycling removal booking for the same day. Anthony and Damon came within 1.5 hrs of calling them and got the job done without fuss or complaint. They removed tons of paper recycling from our office for us too and they quoted very reasonable and affordable prices to do both the jobs. They were very friendly and had a smile at all times. I would highly recommend these guys for any job you have coming up. I will certainly be using their services again!

Had to move some promotional products for a conference the following day. CarefulM were able to start the job within 2 hours (this was a weekday mid-afternoon) and it was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders! The next day, I was able to organise a recollection of the products post-event back to our office. Thanks Anthony!
