Great service by Dhaval, who was extremely kind and helpful. He was more than happy to spend his time showing us the range of tile products, and gave some insightful advice as well.

CTM and Siraj have made flooring selection for our new home one of the best home building experiences for us. Customer service provided by Siraj is second to none. Thank you for going out of your way to minimise the stresses of building. I loved the product selection and the expertise was greatly appreciated. Thank you guys for making our house feel like home. We visited CTM for choice of the tiles for our lounge and Dining. Seraj, the Salesperson was extremely helpful and patiently showed us the different choices. We asked him about Tiler. He was extremely honest and mentioned that CTM has a fixed area charge and it might not be cost effective for the area we are looking at. We were impressed with his talk and straightforwardness. We then added another room to our scope. Through out the time from getting a quote to the job being finished, Whenever my husband called the CTM office, be it the girls at the reception( Sarah) or Seraj, they were always polite and very courteous. Seraj, went out of his way to help us with a builder, when we had some water leakage issue in one of the rooms so that it could be completed prior to the tiling. Extremely Happy with the Service provided by Siraj and happy to recommend

After visiting other tile stores, I suddenly remembered CTM and we took a drive out to the showroom and I am so glad we did!! Jesse was just amazing!! After asking me a few questions she quickly understood what I was looking for a within a short time, I had my tiles chosen!!!! I was so impressed with her friendliness, efficiency and willingness to ensure I was 100% happy with my chosen tiles. Thank you so much CTM. Would I buy from you again? Yes!! Would I recommend you to anybody else? Absolutely yes!!

we purchased tiles, laminate and carpet for full house and granny, Siraj was excellent in guiding us in selecting the products, we are really happy with the selection and the services provided by CTM. CTM is professional, prices are reasonable and Siraj is for sure an asset for CTM Flooring.

The CTM team is a dream to deal with from reception to inception - to everyone at CTM , from the in house staff to the field staff and the installers , our kudos and thanks to one and all. Wanted to compliment Dhaval Shah and the CTM Tile Team for their help. Dhaval helped us with advice on tile selection with colour, texture and size. Dhaval helped us by also allowing us to take some samples home with us to compare and contrast which was a big help as it allowed us to narrow our selection perfectly. We have ordered the tiles we believe will be the best for our bar room. The delivery schedule also was a very quick turnaround, 3 days which was perfect. Thank you again Dhaval and CTM, we will be coming back always to your friendly showroom. We also will be getting our bathroom fittings and tiles for our en suite when it is renovated. Thanks Ken
