Paling fence done in Sept-2022, the teams were very efficient and professional. First team pulled down the 22m fence in less than an hour, by the afternoon the track dropped off the building materials for the new fence. Early the next morning the building team arrived and had the job finished just after lunch-time. The whole process was a precision machine; good correspondence with head-office and the final product is great. Other neighbours pass by and comment how straight the fence is and how good it looks. Extremely unprofessional, Ben from Eastside Fencing refused to clean up the mess and accused us for signing the contract and agreed to their negligence. We've offered simple solution which is clean up the dirt and straighten up the small trees. But Ben refused to do anything unless we pay them extra to do it. Avoid at all cost !

Eastside fencing did the boundary paling fences with my 2 neighbours 6 yrs ago and I was pleased enough with the quality of their work to get them in again to quote for a replacement of the paling fence on my corner side-street, plus a side gate. Good communication with the team to work out best fit. The job on the day was exemplary team work, with the demolition crew in the first hour, and the team in to put up the fence after that, taking the better part of the day. Great workmanship on this and the gate, and all rubbish removed. They trimmed a couple of trees that got in the way as well. Am getting them to replace a fence on a rental property also.

Booked a fencing quote and no one turned up or called to cancel very disappointed

Eastside recently built my timber fence (May 2024) on a new residential home in Rowville, VIC. The process was well managed and they did the job at the agreed time and day. There were some tricky aspects of the fence design and they handled it easily and I am satisfied with the finished product. I can recommend them. The cost was reasonable in my opinion.

We have had a couple of bad experiences with fencers in the past - so we are really relieved and pleased that we picked Eastside for two Colorbond fences totalling 80m on a sloping block. 1) Professional, detailed quoting with clear expectations and options for landowner and fencer responsibilities 2) Great communication regarding job scheduling and dead on the money once scheduled 3) They manage financial arrangements with the neighbours 4) Thorough site preparation by demo crew 5) Courteous, hard-working and skilled installers - who carefully consider the placement of each panel, angle and line 6) Beautiful looking end product 7) All materials, waste and old fencing removed They weren't "cheap" but they were competitive, and, more importantly they were "excellent value". We won't be going anywhere else in the future (not that we'll need to, because we got Colorbond...)
