El Toro Window & Gutter Cleaning

[Name Removed] sold the impression that he was the best in the business and he doesn't do anything other than high-premium home level jobs, but the reality was that [Name Removed] does the sales pitch and then outsources to backpackers and juniors with 1 months experience to do the work (the person who did the work confirmed he had only one month's experience in cleaning) - according to the workman, [Name Removed] then takes a 40% cut for this. Most window frames were left with dirty water & droplet marks from the glass cleaning as well as original dust and grime that had not been wiped - this was despite the quote stipulating "detailed clean of windows/sliding door tracks and window frames/sills" (with a separated out charge for this). None of the sliding doors had any dirt, debris or cobwebs removed from the tracks and cobwebs were left all around the externals of the windows/doors. Based on the labour hours spent by [Name Removed] team at our home, the works costed $135per man-hour (for inexperienced cleaners). [Name Removed] did send the original person back to complete the works, but this person turned up with no more than a hand-towel and an expectation of spending 50 mins to finish the job - this person said that he never does anything more than wipe over things !! I sent the attached sample photo's to [Name Removed] and invited him to come to our home to inspect , but he rejected the offer. The photos show what [Name Removed] is happy to refer to as premium-level work => these were taken after the second 50 min wipe-over. I demanded a refund of the full price of the job, because the windows were left with smudges, our ceilings have been marked with black smudges by the equipment they used to clean high windows, and the frames were never cleaned - [Name Removed] offered $210 refund out of $1496 charge. I fully intended to take the matter to NCAT, but simply have not had the time. I'm just getting painters in to fix the damage [Name Removed] teams caused to our ceiling, so this is what has driven me to warn others off from using El Toro. I personally query the other reviews as they starkly differ from my experience - and photo's don't lie !! I also have the correspondence between me and [Name Removed] that demonstrates that he is aware of everything thing that I have put in this review.

Have used El-Toro for some time now and find them to be always on time and do an excellent job. Pleasant and helpful people. They recently cleaned a dirty balcony and it now looks very good. Would recommend.

Great experience from the time I requested a quote online to completion of the job. The worker (Hideo) was friendly and efficient. He found a crack in the roof that appears to be the cause a leak - this had been missed by different companies on 3 previous occasions.

Jono does an excellent job! Quick, efficient and thorough. His communication is spot on and he is also punctual. He cleans the surrounds of the windows as well. Highly recommend him.

The representative was punctual, polite and performed an amazing job in what I consider to be a relatively short time. I have used El Toro before and would highly recommend them to all. My windows and doors are all sparkling. In fact they are so clean I can't tell the difference between an open and a closed one.

We have used El Toro for many years and never cease to be amazed by the quality of service, value for money, honesty, communication and reliability. Our recent job was done by an extremely nice person, Daniel, I can't speak highly enough about the people who work for El Toro, their attitude on the job is so obliging, honest and respectful. They never rush a job, customer satisfaction and pride in their work is obviously very important to them. We highly recommend them because from our own experience we know you won't be disappointed.

Sean from El Toro did a fantastic job cleaning our apartments' windows and screens. He was very thorough, efficient, tidy and nothing was too much trouble. All the residents were extremely happy with the result.
