Floor Venue

I inquired a hybrid flooring to FloorVenue Campbeltown , the salesman was very helpful, he sent me a quotation and it was well detailed. I decided to go ahead to purchase the materials, first it says the price was gst included, but when I paid for it he ask me to pay for the gst which is fine, come to pick the materials to Smithfield and got home the dimensions of the product is a bit different from the invoice to what I paid for, it’s fine because I can work it out, I message him and ask some questions, guess what? He didn’t reply at all. What I’m saying is after the payment was done they didn’t care anymore. I even found out that it’s over priced. Ripped off!!!

The showroom salesman was helpful. All changed when a man arrived to do the measure. I found it difficult to communicate with him. He could not / would not answer direct questions on how the installtion will be done, even though he apparently has over 20 years experience in carpets. Worse still he insisted I sign off on two possible colours of same price. No quotes, just sign off on his notepad scribbles. I refused and asked him to leave when he kept insisting on a sign off. This was a measure. No sign off needed. I would not recommend FloorVenue. Who knows what you are signing off on a notepad without a formal quote on a letterhead. No other carpet retailer needs a sign off at the measure stage. I have since had a more professional measure and quote done with another business. No sign off required there until I am happy with the quote and ready to proceed.

Floor Venue Belfield were so helpful in completing hybrid flooring on a very challenging job. Misha from Belfield provided us with unbelievable service and was very knowledgeable. Our job was finished to a high standard and considering it was started just prior to Xmas, was completed very quickly. Highly recommend.

We ordered a gorgeous wool carpet for our second-floor addition - it was a large job, so, as per advice given by the very friendly Zahid, we had to wait a couple of weeks so the whole floor could be done with one batch and there would be no colour variation. We shopped around and got a great price at Floor Venue and the carpet installers did an amazing job. The underlay is top quality and it feels like walking on a cloud.

When dealing with the team they were very helpful and went above and beyond to get me my flooring to me. The flooring is absolutely beautiful can not fault it , beautiful finished , would recommend Floor venue for any of your flooring needs you won’t be disappointed.

Leo was so helpful throughout the whole process. After removing our carpet he advised that we needed to level the floor first. I have rented in a house with hybrid flooring on uneven floor and it was terrible. Definitely worth the extra cost to level. They did a fantastic job and the floors look fantastic. Job very well done
