Burleigh Waters Qld I just had my bathroom and toilet rebuilt Im going to be brutally honest I had 4 quotes for this Reno and could have gone with a cheaper alternative but because of the consultant (Belinda) I had from Groutpro who was so thorough and explained everything very clearly she certainly made it easy for me to decide which company to proceed with. From start to finish she was always available to assist with any questions I had. Being a pensioner every dollar counts and Belinda sent me through a very reasonable quote which I was ready to accept. Unfortunately then we had the Cyclone and I had to put off the Reno for a few weeks. I have to say I was worried having to tell Belinda that we couldn’t move forward at this stage, especially after all the work she had done and time spent with my enquires but I can honestly say Belinda was very understanding and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. She said just give me a call when you’re ready. Two weeks later I called and said I’m ready to accept the quote. She really was amazing. She helped me source the vanity unit. I explained what I was looking for as far as the colour of the tiles and she helped me choose the colour,style and texture etc. She truely went above and beyond to assist with everything we needed. I whole heartedly believe I was blessed to have Belinda as our consultant. I highly recommend her. If you need anything done in your bathroom I suggest you ask for Belinda to be your consultant. She will not let you done. Then the work begun. Our next experience was with our builder (Ian) I might be retired now but I was an Operations Manager for many, many years and I can honestly say I have not seen a more committed and hard working trades person throughout my career. I couldn’t even get him to stop and have a coffee or cold drink. He discussed the progress daily. He made suggestions to enhance the look of the bathroom, which really made sense. He had a clear vision of how it would look before he started and was confident to make suggestions throughout the process. So glad I listened because it really gave the room a lift. And every single day he was here,he thoroughly cleaned the area before he left. Apart from all of this, Ian takes pride in his work. Nothing is done half heartedly. Ian is extremely professional, always polite. His workmanship is second to none. All I can say is a Huge Thank You to Groutpro for sending me the best consultant and builder in the company. I say that with confidence because I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much Belinda and Ian. We love our bathroom and toilet. You have transformed 2 horrible old rooms into a beautiful bathroom and toilet that we are very proud of. Cheers Bev and Estelle.

Nick provided a very professional service and his work is outstanding and very good value for money. I would recommend him if you are looking to have your shower re-grouted.

I had my two bathrooms remodeled. Most of the tradies were good, however their administration team have to be the most unorganised and incompetent I have ever encountered

We can’t recommend Dean enough! Dean arrived on time did an absolutely amazing job of thoroughly cleaning and sealing our tiled floors. The floors look brand new!!

Nick did a fantastic job regrouping and applying silicone to our ensuite. He was courteous, professional, punctual and cleaned up afterwards. High quality work. Would definitely recommend

GroutPro recently completed the re grout of our main shower. The service was excellent, a small hiccup occurred when the task was being undertaken however this issue was quickly rectified when Dillon attended a couple of days later and did a magnificent job of repairing a small mark on one of the tiles. We are completely happy with the work this company provided and are keen to refer GroutPro to our family and friends and other neighbours in our complex. thank you Lola and Les

The initial contact was excellent, advised it would be a 4 hour task. I accepted the quote and a date and time was given for my shower grout to be removed and replaced. Connor was almost an hour late however he worked quickly and the job was finished within 2.5 hours. I was aware that tiles may get chipped, this didn’t occur but a gouge was made into the face of a tile and I thought at first it was white grout dried on the tile only to find after Connor left that the tile was damaged. My disappointment is that he did not advise us that the tile was damaged which to me would have been courtesy to do. I did contact the company twice, one after my receipt was sent ( I paid on completion as requested) And again through the initial contact person. So far no reply.

Nick is responsive and the quality of his work excellent. He identified unexpected issues with the original tiling work, communicated the problem (with photos) and devised a solution. Nick cares about doing the job well, which is rare in trades these days. Needed to wait a while to have the work done but the quality is worth waiting for. Highly recommend
