From the outset he was amazing and built confidence and trust that the team would do a fantastic job. This was backed up when Avi came through to conduct an assessment of the house so they could provide accurate pricing for a full pack and move. The pricing was highly competitive compared to numerous quotes we received. On the days of both the pack and the move, Avi and the team arrived on time, were polite and incredibly efficient. The pack and move were stress free and everything was delivered in tact and undamaged. What stood out the most was the quality of service and communication across the whole process. As a family we've moved a number of times over the past 10 years and I can happily say that the team at On Time Removals are the best in the business, we wouldn't use anyone else in the future.

Geoff and I had the most wonderful experience when Aram’s team moved us from Jordan Springs in Sydney, to Coffs Harbour. From the quoting visit, pre move questions and answers provided, to the confirmation received the day before, prompt and early arrival, care taken whilst packing everything and then arrival and careful unpacking, this was the best service of any move we have done before. From the moment the team arrived at our house, they took seamless control of what is normally a stressful process. Even with a few chuckles along the way.
