Something that could have been stressful felt smooth and manageable because of her clarity and support. Bryanna, who was there with her expertise and steady guidance, helped me shape the look and feel of my home with such care, and I’m so grateful for her patience and insight. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Orbit Homes—our entire experience from start to finish has been nothing short of phenomenal. From the very beginning, James Hill in Geelong was absolutely incredible. He dedicated so much time to working with me to customise our home, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We went through multiple revisions, and at every step he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us create something perfect for our family. What started as a 4 bed, 2 bath design evolved into a fully customised 3 bed, 3 bath home that feels completely boutique and tailored to us. The pre-start journey was seamless and stress-free, which really set the tone for everything that followed. Once construction began, the experience only got better. The build itself was amazing—truly flawless—and I honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. Communication throughout the entire process was next level. Emails were always responded to within hours (never more than six), and every interaction was friendly, professional, and helpful. It’s rare to feel so supported during a build, but Orbit delivered consistently. A huge shoutout to Danielle, our build coordinator, who was absolutely lovely to deal with, and Zac, our site supervisor—an absolute legend. Both went above and beyond at every opportunity, making sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt confident and informed throughout. We also had independent private inspections at every stage of the build, and each time we were told the same thing: this was an excellent quality build. That gave us even more peace of mind. We’ve now been in our home for three months, and even with a few minor issues (as expected with any new build), Orbit’s maintenance team has been outstanding—responsive, organised, and incredibly efficient in resolving anything we needed. This level of customer service is something you just don’t see anymore, and I feel so grateful that we chose Orbit Homes. The entire journey has been smooth, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable. We recently completed our colour selections with Vanessa Fox, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Vanessa took the time to understand our style, offered thoughtful suggestions, and guided us with patience and confidence. From the moment we walked in, the reception staff set the tone with their friendly welcome and genuine willingness to help. The pre‑construction team guided us through the early stages with clarity and confidence. They explained each step in detail, answered every question patiently, and ensured we understood the process from start to finish.

We’ve had an amazing experience so far with Orbit Homes Brisbane. As first-time home builders, we were quite nervous at the beginning, but the entire process has been smooth and reassuring. A special thanks to our New Home Sales Consultant, Laura Hansen, who has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and guided us step by step whenever we were unsure. Her professionalism and friendly approach made a big difference in our confidence. All our paperwork has now been approved by the Orbit Homes office, and we’re excited to be moving forward with booking our NHP, colour selection, and contract signing appointments. Caitlin was such a big help with what felt like a really overwhelming process of choosing our house colours. She made everything feel calm and easy, and really understood our style. The whole experience was great and left us feeling much more relaxed and confident going into our build.

We had a wonderful experience building with Orbit Homes and would like to thank the whole team for the great service we received at every stage of the process. Matthew, our Sales Consultant, was fantastic right from the start. He guided us through the early stages and helped us make a few alterations to the house design so it suited our needs perfectly. Caitlin, the Colour Selection Specialist, was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She made the whole selection process much easier and helped us choose finishes and colours that matched the look and feel we wanted for our home. Ryley, the Pre-Site Coordinator, also supported us through the preparation stage and helped bring everything together before construction started. The process was smooth thanks to his help. During construction, Carnita, our Building Coordinator, was exceptional. She was always very prompt in responding to emails and treated our questions and requests with urgency, which we really appreciated. Dave, the Project Engineer, was also very supportive and considerate throughout the build. He took the time to explain things clearly and was always willing to listen and help with our requests, making the whole process much more reassuring. Overall, we are very happy with the outcome and grateful for the support from the entire team. This is our 4th home with Orbit Homes, and once again we’ve had a great experience.
