I received an text and e-mail to confirm receipt of the ordera and then another withinb an hour or so to say that it was ready for collectin. I visited thier wharehouse in WEpping to collect the channeling and caps and was greeeting by three friendly sales staff who then directed me to drive into the incredible neat and clean storage area to collect my order. The two wharehouse staff were also very helpful and when I saw aproduct that I might be able to use the wharehouse person offered some very helpful advice about the particular product and its application and use."

I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing slat fencing from Oxworks, and I must say that my overall experience has been nothing short of disappointing. From the outset, the product seemed promising, but it quickly became apparent that the quality and customer service were severely lacking. The primary issue with the Oxworks slat fencing is its abysmal durability. I had hoped that this investment would not only enhance the aesthetics of my property but also add value to it. However, this was far from the case. The slat fencing began fading at different rates, leaving my once beautiful fence looking unsightly and inconsistent. This blatant inconsistency in the color and appearance of the slats is an eyesore, making my property appear unkempt and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, I discovered that Oxworks offers a supposedly generous 10-year warranty on their products. However, it seems that this warranty comes with significant caveats. Apparently, the warranty is void if you happen to reside within 1.5 kilometers of a marine environment. This crucial piece of information was conveniently omitted during the sales process. I find it utterly unacceptable that Oxworks was more than willing to accept my order and take my hard-earned money without providing me with the complete and accurate details of their warranty. The salesperson who handled my purchase was fully aware of my property's proximity to the beach, yet they failed to mention this vital piece of information. It is clear that Oxworks prioritizes sales over customer satisfaction and transparency. As a result of this subpar product and misleading warranty information, my experience with Oxworks has been nothing short of a disaster. My property value has been negatively affected, and I now find myself facing the prospect of replacing the entire fence at my own expense. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing fencing products from Oxworks to think twice and thoroughly research their warranty terms, as they are clearly more interested in profit than in providing quality products and honest customer service.

I was informed that my order for a 1190 mmhigh fence panel was considered a special order when I attempted to pick it up. Upon returning home and revisiting the website, I repeated the process only to find that there was no disclaimer stating that 1190mm is considered a special order from Queensland. Consequently, I now need to make another trip back to pick up a single fence panel system valued at $130. This has caused inconvenience and frustration on my end. not happy
Service from selecting ordering to delivery was outstanding. The staff at Charmhaven were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Delivery was very quick and the driver was extremely helpful due to my husbands disability with his shoulders.
Very helpful staff at Richlands Qld - they helped me out when I HAD ordered the incorrect colour and they exchanged it for the right one.... Nothing seamed to be to much trouble for them. I will always use them.
Ordered online at Oxworks Dandenong, infill colourbond panels for a project.Simple, Easy, Transaction. Notification came the next business day With order confirmation and expected delivery day. On the morning of delivery, driver rang me half an hour before to let me knew he was on his way.Project was finished in 4 days of order that I placed. It cant get much better than than that.Its the Product, Service and the Notifications that will have me coming back to Oxworks .Thanks Guys
