Did a good job on cleaning the rug but some colours had run(extra $30)were a week late on delivery but overall we were pretty happy with the service

Recently had my rug cleaned by Pure N bright. As my dog has been using it as her own toilet. I was originally concerned that the smell wouldn’t come out. Not only did the smell come out, but my dog hasn’t gone on it again since I got it back. The rug also looks like new again. Great price and professional service. Would highly recommend and will be back.

Definitely recommend the quality and care of their work and their convenient pickup and return service. This type of deep cleaning is not a cheap exercise but their prices seem competitive and comparatively favourable. Would use again.
