"**Review of Rawson Homes – Leppington Office** We began our journey with Rawson Homes in November 2024 by visiting the Leppington display homes. The quality and design of the displays were impressive and ultimately inspired our selection of the Remi22 design. Our initial experience with the sales process, however, presented a significant area for improvement. Following our visit, engaging with the sales team to obtain a formal quote proved challenging. We encountered a consistent attitude that felt dismissive and unaccommodating, which was disappointing after a considerable effort to visit in person. As the first point of contact, a positive and professional sales experience is crucial for client confidence, and we found this stage difficult to navigate. Fortunately, our experience improved markedly once we progressed. The initial soil analysis and subsequent drafting of plans were handled efficiently, providing a realistic and updated price based on their findings. Our case was then transferred to the wider Rawson office, where we were assigned to Mary-Anne. Her service was exceptional. She provided thorough explanations, listened attentively to our needs, and restored our confidence in the process. We are very grateful for her outstanding support. We signed the contract in March 2025 and were extremely pleased to secure a $50,000 discount. Even after incorporating approximately $50,000 in upgrades, Rawson’s overall pricing remained highly competitive and unmatched by other builders we consulted. After signing, Mary-Anne clearly outlined the construction timeline and process. A key piece of advice for future clients is that **patience during the pre-construction planning phase is essential**. While the preparatory work took time, it ultimately paid dividends by ensuring a smoother construction period. We also recommend carefully considering all upgrade choices before council approval, as changes afterward are difficult to implement. Construction commenced with the slab poured in late July 2025, and we are now in the final stages. Overall, our experience has been very positive. What distinguishes Rawson Homes is their established office structure and the accountability of their staff. Once past the initial sales stage, the team demonstrated strong responsibility and professionalism in their respective roles, leading to a well-executed build."

Although the initial administration stage had some hiccups, such as changes to customer care consultants without any notice and long periods with no response, which obviously made us concerned at the beginning, once construction began we felt much more confident as everything progressed smoothly. Joe was our Construction Manager and Gordon was our Warranty Manager. We were happy with the build overall, except for the poor painting work. During the warranty stage, Gordon went above and beyond to fix everything. He was very responsive, followed up with us regularly, and chased the tradies to make sure each job was done properly. He attended to every issue we raised and ensured it was fully resolved. Thanks to Gordon, the final stage of the building process was stress-free, and we are very happy with the final outcome."

Our home build with Rawson Homes commenced in September 2024 in Box Hill, NSW, and handover was mid May 2025. The entire process was seamless under the management of our Site Manager, Nick. Nick was exceptionally easy to deal with - always responsive, professional and accommodating with any requests we had. Every question was answered promptly, and we truly appreciated that there were no price increases during the build. The only challenging period we experienced was during settlement, when delays from the bank led to some frustration with the customer service side. Unfortunately, our consultant, Z, made that phase more stressful than it needed to be. Under such circumstances, when you’re already managing settlement stress, that kind of pressure can be disheartening. However, once Nick stepped in and took over, everything turned around - the process quickly became smooth and stress-free again. Nick truly restored our confidence in the experience and represented Rawson Homes incredibly well. We are now in the defect rectification stage, and Fred, from the warranty team has been quite supportive so far, ensuring issues are being addressed. We will update this review once that process is fully completed.
