Our roof repair and general appearance were completed ahead of time and look great .Minor follow up issues were courteously logged for future action .A solid job

I am glad to see that many people here had a positive experience with Roof Seal. Unfortunately not in my case. Whilst some of the work was completed to a good standard the communication was poor and the job was not finished as contracted (part of the roof to be sprayed was never sprayed and some of the flashings were re-installed badly). My experience is that the tradesman who did the job was ok, although there were acknowledged mis-orderings and confusion over the correct coatings and scope of the work to be done. Despite several reminders before and after photos requested and specified in the contract but were never provided. Worst part was how I was dealt with after making a complaint. Very difficult to contact followed by aggressive tone in emails. When I asked for photos they sent photos of the good work at my place but not the areas in dispute, and photos of a completely different address. They also stated there was a trades inspection report but despite multiple requests I have never received a copy. To be fair, I attach photos showing the good and the bad. Update - Jan 2025 - 5 months after originally writing this, I have had almost no contact. Promised rectification works from Spring 2024 have not happened. I have decided to publish the review because I am tired of waiting for any promised remedial work to be done.

The whole process was so easy and communication was great from start to finish! All tradesmen that came to our house were also so understanding working around a 3 month old and a Labrador. Would recommend Roof Seal to anyone that’s needing a refresh.

Roof Seal tradesman arrived at the designated date and time, found all trades professional and took pride in their work. They left my home clean, and tidy.

David from Roof Seal did an excellent job. He was courteous, punctual and told us exactly what he was doing at every stage. The roof looks fantastic. All the work was done to an exceptional standard.
