Sydney Gutter Clean

I have asked them to clean my Gutter of my 10 years old house,they came and inspected my roof and gutter then they provided me with a quote and photos,I have agreed to it and i have asked them to go a head even though it was expensive,they came 3 days later to clean the gutter,after he finished he reported that our roof tile is broken at the Joints and that he fixed it with Silcon out of charge!!!!! When i question what happen seeking an answer to why they did not report that broken tile in their inspection when the were doing the quote ?their answer was with absolute denial when I have reported them to fair trade/see what they said below: Fair trade letter: I refer to your correspondence dated .........2018 regarding Sydney Roof and Gutter. Your concerns were brought to the attention of the Manager of Sydney Roof and Gutter. He advised the tile was already cracked when they accessed the roof to clean your gutters reporting they repaired the cracked tile with SILCON at no additional charge. The manager added the repaired tile is within industry standard stating this was explained to your wife on the day. The manager states the business have offered to return to replace the tile and repoint the ridge tile that will need to be removed and re-installed to replace the repaired tile however this will be at your cost. [Lies] The manager states he is not prepared to provide additional redress to your matter. If you wish to pursue the matter further, you have the option of lodging a claim with the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Tribunal). If you decide to lodge a claim, you should note it is your responsibility to provide the necessary proof to support your matter. The individuals who initially assess seem effective however the work was significantly overpriced for the results delivered. The work was very poorly completed with amateur, low quality workmanship with obvious visual errors and damage. Response from the organisation post completion was defensive and aggressive.

Really unprofessional, they charge you the same price your barrister does so be careful. Really poor service. And when you question there charges that get quite aggressive.

Shocking company, had our gutter “replaced” and the gutter still leaks like hell! The worst service and rudest staff!! Absurd charges, incompetent of doing the job and basically just a bunch of crooks! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! FAIRTRADING HAS BEEN NOTIFIED!

Contracted to fix roof. Have had to engage another company who have shown me photos of all the gaps in the roof tiles which should of been fixed sydney roof, as its a two storey property could not inspect work. Once they have been paid they never return calls. Worst tradesman have ever engaged with. They are a law unto themselves.

The man from company came to give me a quote for roof repair. While discussing what needed doing I was told that if I did not include all his work components that there would be NO warranty?!?!?! I was then thanked for wasting his time. When questioned about his statement I was told "yes that is what I said to you!" Unbelievable, not just rotten customer service but insulting to go along with it. DON'T go near them!!!!!

This was an Insurance claim. Insurance Company were short on assessors. Assessor and tradesmen were on time, and did a great quality job. We are very happy with the finished roof.
