"The terracotta tiles on my front porch were covered in black mold, which had been there for many years. After the cleaning, they were restored to looking great. I'm very happy with the service provided."
"Extremely happy with the final result. Due to the original technician being unable to attend on the scheduled day we were able to reschedule to the following week day and the technician arrived on time. Did a fantastic job removing the old mouldy grout and silicone that had been annoying me since I purchased the house, and replaced it with new grout and silicone, making the shower look new. Very happy customer!"

The upstairs balcony has come up better than anticipated, thanks to Tile and Grout Pro and their technician Theo, who was great to deal with through the whole experience. Job well done.

DO NOT LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE! Extremely unprofessional contractors and management. No warranty & no complaints process or rectification.. wish I’d have read the reviews!!! contracted them to fill a hole in wall that had been cut to fix copper pipe and replace 2 tiles ,(supplied 4) regrout (floor only ) resilicone and clean shower , what I got — someone rock up in a $500 [Content Removed] full of their clothes etc who looked like they had been awake for a week living in the car with two buckets one with supplies a bag grout and a [Content Removed] . broke all spare matching tiles didn’t fill hole just grouted unmatched tiles to each other onto a 2 tile size hole! Nothing holding them in but a grout line and not flush with rest of wall , protruding out , so has to be redone , Only scrapped top off grout lines with a [Content Removed] didn’t remove grout with diamond blade as said in agreement. missed filing whole row of grout on step in hob and edges , Left so much grout everywhere it took 4 hours with blades to scrap off all the chunks and milky residue of grout off tiles taps and screens . Even left all rubbish behind buckets full of grout etc , Didn’t replace silicone. When I said they hadn’t done what I asked and I wanted them to clean up said that’s not included! extremely aggressive contractor stood over me in my bedroom for over 40 mins demanding payment until I gave in and paid $965 so he would leave. I should have called the police, instead I called company said would call back but didn’t , sent complaint in writing with 10 photos and got a reply today , photo below-if your thinking of booking just throw your money in the bin will save you more money and time. Absolute Cowboys!
I engaged them to regrout, clean and seal a very large external tile courtyard. Two men worked very hard for 2 days to remove the old grout and regrout, and one day to clean and reseal. The finaished job exceeds my expectations. The technicians were on time and consulted me on any issues which arose.
The initial communication process to get the quote/ book the appointment was great. The technician did a good job except for the fact he cracked 2 tiles (which happens) but didn't tell me about it and left it for me to find - honesty would've been better. Contacted company via email (& sent photos of damage) that night. No reply. Chased it up a week later and was told someone would call me, they didn't. Emailed again, no reply. Followed up again by phone, and was told it could be repaired with epoxy (as I didn't have spare tiles) and someone would contact me. They didn't. Rang again, told someone would call me back, they didn't and instead emailed a time they thought was suitable, it wasn't so I asked to be called so emails weren't going back & forth. He blatantly refused and emailed me back in response. I ended up having to escalate it to someone higher and the 'emailer' rang me back a few minutes later. He was abrupt to me on the phone but a date was organised. Technician came and said he couldn't epoxy it and there was nothing he could do. In the end he went to a tile place to try and find a matching one, and couldn't. Now I'm left with 2 chipped tiles and a recommendation to others to spend your $1000 with another grouting company.
My experience was with Tile and Grout Pro in Queensland. From the outset I found the communication was very good, consistent, helpful and accommodating to my time availability. I felt that I was fully informed by Adam, the person with whom I spoke.. Though the job was, by any standards, quite small, it was important to me, and I appreciated that the company didn't dismiss it as not worth considering. Not only was the quote competitive in price, the work quoted matched the work that I requested to be undertaken, with no sense of upselling or overservicing. I particularly appreciated that, when the first technician who was to undertake the work left the company, the deposit I had paid was very promptly refunded with an appropriately worded explanation. This gave me confidence to continue to do business with the Tile and Grout Pro and follow through with the offer of doing the work when a technician was available. It was then a pleasant surprise, when I contacted the company back a month later to check on the situation, to immediately receive an offer to the job within days and subsequently the flexibility to adjust the time to meet my schedule. Speaking of flexibility, when I tried to pay the deposit with the button on the invoice, it repeatedly rejected it and so I paid via direct debit and sent an email with the receipt confirmation from my bank. Knowing that direct debits can sometimes take days to transfer I fully expected the job to be put on hold until the money landed in the supplier account. When I phoned and spoke with Ben, he checked the receipt and reassured me that the job would proceed as scheduled. With regards to the actual work, Franjo arrived at my secure premises on time and, as I later discovered, being unable to make phone contact with me due to phone issues at my end, waited some time before checking with the office, leaving and then returning without rancour to do the work after I had phoned the office. What a relief that he arrived in good spirits and with a pleasant demeanor. The work was completed quickly, efficiently, and thoroughly with minimal mess and a positive approach which I appreciated. It was helpful to be able to pay the balance and receive a receipt immediately. The benefits of this positive experience from the outset is that I feel confident to contact the company as necessary in the future.
